H2E has been awarded a new contract to continue supporing the Avista Utilities Upper Falls Phase II generation facility upgrade. H2E will provide detailed engineering for control equipment relocation and design standardization at the hydro-electric facility located on the Spokane River. The project also includes the design for installation of a new generator breaker and static excitation system.
