H2E has formalized a Consulting Services Agreement with Tenke Fungurume Mining S.A.R.L. and its affiliate Freeport McMoran Copper & Gold (formerly Phelps Dodge Corporation). H2E will be supplying electrical and controls engineering in support of an international mining project.
